Payment of this invoice indicates customer(s)/ purchaser(s) agreement to the following terms: Purchaser is 100% responsible for payments made and will be held financially responsible for any credit card chargebacks. Consultation services will not start until full payment for consultation package has been received. Customer(s) opting into a payment arrangement are responsible for making all monthly payments on time. If unable to make a payment, customer is required to inform Forston Consultants within 5 business days. Failure to make monthly payments and/or contact Forston consultants to inform of payment delays will result in forfeiting the payment arrangement and all monies paid towards consultation services will be non-refundable. Payment arrangement invoices over 90 days past due will be voided & funds paid will be non-refundable. Customer(s) will accept responsibility for all charges related to Forston Consultants. Accordingly, customer (s) will be liable to Forston Consultants in the amount of any transaction disputed by customer/card holder.
