These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer ("Customer"), and Forston Consultants. Please read these Terms carefully before making any payments or using our consultation services. By making a payment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. All Sales are Final

All sales made by Forston Consultants are final. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully committed to investing in yourself and that you are prepared to undertake the necessary work to achieve success through our consultation services.

2. Payment and Responsibility

2.1. Payment of the invoice issued by Forston Consultants indicates your agreement to these Terms.

2.2. You are 100% responsible for any payments made to Forston Consultants. You will be held financially responsible for any credit/debit card chargebacks or disputes initiated by you or the cardholder.

3. Consultation Services

3.1. Consultation services will not commence until full payment for the consultation package has been received by Forston Consultants.

3.2. You must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule for consultation services. If you opt into a payment arrangement, you are responsible for making all monthly payments on time.

3.3. If you are unable to make a payment, you must inform Forston Consultants within 5 business days before the scheduled payment date.

4. Payment Arrangement Terms

4.1. Failure to make monthly payments and/or failure to contact Forston Consultants to inform us of payment delays will result in the forfeiture of the payment arrangement.

4.2. Any monies paid towards consultation services under a payment arrangement that is forfeited will be non-refundable.

4.3. Invoices for payment arrangements that are over 90 days past due will be voided, and all funds paid towards these invoices will be non-refundable.

5. Liability

5.1. You accept full responsibility for all charges related to Forston Consultants, including but not limited to fees for consultation services.

5.2. Accordingly, you will be liable to Forston Consultants in the amount of any transaction disputed by you or the cardholder in the event of a chargeback or dispute.

Forston Consultants reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
